0 1 The Goal

Understood in sixty seconds

On our call you said that if someone has never used virtual reality, you have to spend the next twenty or thirty minutes explaining what it is. That is the bottleneck in your whole sales motion, and most people never give you the half hour.

0 2 What We Found

Four numbers, and the fix for each

In July the site moved to a new build. The design carried across; the part machines read did not. None of it shows from the inside. Only machines see it. Checked 28 July, and again 4 August, using Google's own crawler identity.

0
10 readable words in total
Times the words Rizzo, patent, clinician or HIPAA appear in what your server sends.

Dr. Skip Rizzo is one of the most credible names in clinical VR, and he advises you. When a hospital asks Google or ChatGPT which VR platform has a clinical advisory board, the answer is assembled from what your server sends. Right now it can't see him, the patent, or a word about HIPAA. You are being left out of answers you should be winning.

The fixPages built and served complete, so every machine reads them.
90 → 1
99% of pages invisible
Ninety URLs all returning one identical file. To a crawler you have a single page.

Each of those ninety pages was written for a reason: PTSD, anxiety, addiction, pricing, the research library. To a crawler they are all the same file, so ninety pages of work earns the authority of one.

The fixA unique title, description and canonical for every page.
36.6s
93% faster after the rebuild
To become usable on Google's mobile test. Their guideline is 2.5 seconds.

The BBC loses 10% of its audience for every extra second a page takes. LinkedIn is your best lead channel, and most of that attention currently leaves before the site appears.

The fixThe old platform's scripts removed. The rebuild loads in 2.7s.
76 → 100
+32% accessibility
Accessibility, while your hospital and university buyers now carry WCAG obligations of their own.

Institutions push their accessibility obligations onto vendors, and an inaccessible site is a quiet flag in a procurement review. Nobody calls to tell you it happened.

The fixOne less item in their procurement review.

What your server sends today

  <div id="root"></div>

That is the entire page. Every word a visitor sees is assembled afterwards by 39 scripts running in their browser. Google's crawler and AI assistants don't wait for that.

What you get, and what it is for

The film and the rebuilt site were both made before we had an agreement. That is how we work. We build first, and you decide afterwards. Everything below continues that.

SURFACE. 44 seconds, no dialogue, made for PsyTech VR. It works in any language, in any market, and it is the standard every monthly film is held to.

The Website Rebuild$12,000 · one-time

All 90 URLs rebuilt

Served complete, so Google and AI assistants read every page.

A content system you own

We build the CMS for your team, so you can publish blogs and change pages yourselves. No developer needed, and everything stays in your name.

Messaging on your own line

As simple as picking up your phone, made the spine of the site.

Schema and technical SEO

The labels machines use to answer questions about your product.

Proof in the first screen

The patent, the advisory board, the institutions. Not fifteen screens down.

The Content Engine$5,000 a month

Three cinematic films a month

Planned with you in monthly creative sessions, so the messaging is right before anything gets made. Each film has one job: bring in leads and grow the brand's visibility.

Ad-ready cuts for LinkedIn

Every film re-cut for LinkedIn, the site and email. All audio is licensed, so any cut can run as an ad or a commercial the day you get it.

A social strategy behind it

The films, the cuts and the cadence follow one plan, built around where your leads already come from: LinkedIn and your website.

LinkedIn copy and cadence

Written for clinicians, published on a rhythm.

The website kept current

Maintained, updated and improved as part of the monthly.

Your monthly visibility audit

The audit that found these four numbers, run every month: what moved on the site and on LinkedIn, what we shipped, what we change next.

0 4 Investment

Two parts. Start with either, or take both.

The Website Rebuild
$12,000

one-time · delivered in 30 to 45 days

  • All 90 URLs rebuilt and readable
  • A CMS we build, so your team edits anything
  • Schema, technical SEO, new messaging
  • Files, repo, hosting and domain in your name

The Content Engine
$5,000

per month · cancel with 30 days

At the per-film rate you already heard, three films alone would run $6,000 to $9,000.

  • Three cinematic films, planned together monthly
  • Ad-ready cuts with licensed audio
  • Social strategy, LinkedIn copy and cadence
  • Website maintained and updated
  • Your monthly visibility audit
The Partnership
$12,000 + $5,000/mo

both parts, run as one sequence

  • The rebuild ships first, in 30 to 45 days
  • The engine starts the day the new site goes live
  • The PDAC launch as the first project
  • One point of contact for all of it

The first project: the PDAC launch

PDAC will be the biggest announcement in the company's history, and the date is yours. If you start the engine, this is where we begin: a landing page built for the announcement, two to three announcement films ready to run as ads, and a LinkedIn and email sequence timed to the news.

This is month one of the engine, nothing extra to buy. And if you take the rebuild, the announcement gets its own section on the new site.

A look at the process

The website rebuild

Delivered in 30 to 45 days, guaranteed. We start with a kickoff meeting, then meet weekly to review the build together, so the site stays in line with what you want the whole way through.

The content engine

The same rhythm. A weekly session to review the content, read the numbers, and sharpen the strategy as we learn what works.

05 Beyond the content

One more thing — the rooms.

You mentioned you're at a lot of live events, and that most of your market is not on your doorstep. So alongside the films I went and mapped the rooms: every conference between now and December 2027 where your buyers actually gather — twenty-five of them, checked against the organisers' own pages, ranked by what to do about each one rather than by how big they are.

It's yours either way, with no strings on it. Two things in it are time-sensitive: a speaking window that closes on 30 September, and BetterHelp sitting in a room in Nashville seven weeks from now.
